The staff went above and beyond, especially Ismail, who was incredibly helpful and ensured we had everything we needed for a smooth visit. So I spent a night here, and honestly, it was pretty rough. My room was super dusty, and I found a spider in the shower. The towels had spots, and the bathroom was just gross. Breakfast was a joke—the bread was cold, and there was barely any food. The server was really grumpy too.
